Probes perform network measurements from the paths available to them. ===== Software probes ===== A software probe can run on a server. Measurements from a probe describe its network path, including any tunnel or other intermediate transport. Recording this context helps readers interpret latency, routing and reachability. ===== XZ Group probe ===== XZ Group operates probe 1017882 with public 44net addressing through WireGuard. The network is associated with AS197736. ===== See also ===== * 44net * WireGuard ===== References ===== * RIPE Atlas project
